Whitwick Area

At Whitwick, the Ivanhoe Way runs through the Peter Elderfield Memorial Wood from Oaks Road in the north to Warren Hills Road in the south.

Here is Forest Rock Wood, a newly planted area of woodland and pathways. From here a path can be taken along the north edge of Whitlock Quarry to Mount St. Bernard Abbey. (Quite an impressive building.)

A path leads north from here to Blackbrook Reservoir.
