Short Movie Creator / Viewer Tools

The movie creator allows the user to create a short movie of
up to 9 frames using preloaded 'library' graphics and/or
their own graphics. The graphics can then be
added to the movie frames, positioned and resized as the user wishes. A box containing text can also be
added to each frame as required.
The viewer program allows previously created movies to be viewed frame
by frame either manually by pressing playback buttons or automatically at a
speed specified by the user. The movie frames can also be printed out.
